Meal Plans
Modified American Plan (MAP) is US$60.00 per person per day, includes Breakfast and Dinner and some non-alcoholic beverages.
Breakfast Plan (BP) is US$15.00 per person per day, includes some non-alcoholic beverages.

Totally All-inclusive (AI) is US$100.00 per person per day, includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, all beverages including alcohol and non-alcohol.
(Champagne, Premium Liquors and wines other than house wine at a surcharge)

Meal plans must be purchased for a minimum of 3 days.  Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 8% government tax.  Some menu items at an up charge and no credit for unused meals.

Children
Stonefield Estate does not accept children under the age of 4 years.

Minimum Stay
7 night stay for arrivals from December 23 to 29 2007
4 night stay for arrivals from December 30 to January 4, 2008
3 night stay during the Winter Season (January 5, 2008 – April 15, 2008)

Deposit
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to confirm reservations. During the Christmas /New Year Season (December 21 – January 4) the total accommodation payment is required to confirm reservations. 
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfer’s to US Account.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation charge of 50% will be charged for cancellations or change of dates made 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival.  During the Christmas /New Year Season (December 23 – January 4) the total accommodation payment is forfeited for cancellations 60 days or less prior to the arrival date. 

Transfers
Airport transfers are arranged by Stonefield Estate at the following rates:
GFL Charles Airport (SLU), US$80 for 1-3 persons and US$20 for each additional person, one way. Hewanorra Airport (UVF), US$60 for 1-3 persons and US$12 for each additional person, one way.
